Tustin Cultural Events, Lectures, and Groups SCORE 6pm De-mystifying the Commercial Leasing Process 11-19 De-mystifying the Commercial Leasing Process, 6:00 p.m.
Commercial building owners and their agents each have a strong background in negotiating leases, which most commercial tenants lack. This course can help equalize the situation by showing you what to do and how to proceed when you find an office, industrial or retail space to lease. Leasing commercial property is not overly complex, but it does take knowledge and skill. Whether you are planning to lease a commercial property on your own or use the services of a qualified broker, this seminar is designed to take you through the steps of the process and by doing so level the playing field.
For more than 20 years, Jim Resha has excelled in commercial and industrial real estate, finance and senior management. Jim is President of Integrity Real Estate & Investment Group, Inc. He is a licensed real estate agent, a licensed broker and a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation & investment analysis. Bring your questions to the pro.

Selling is a skill that can be learned and improved to maximize revenues. It's about more than just getting to the decision-maker - it's about how you present yourself, your product and your ideas. What do you say first? Hint: it's not "How are you?" How do you get their attention? How do you handle their objections? This workshop will teach you these answers and more. After this workshop, you will know what it takes to make a sale. Learn the tricks of how to create the right impression and what to say for maximum impact. Understand the signs that a customer is ready to buy and when they're not. With this workshop, you can make the most out of each sales opportunity. Pete Foley of SCORE presents this workshop. Pete was employed in the sales and marketing of major corporations in the transportation business and retired from FedEx Freight, Inc., after 16 years as Vice President of sales. While at FedEx, Pete worked very closely with the Marketing Department to price, position, and advertise the products he managed. Pete grew his sales division from $150 million to $425 million. At the time Pete retired, this division was the largest Less Than Truckload (LTL) company in the western United States. He has taught and facilitated numerous Sales and Negotiation Courses during his career.
