Daisy's Pajama Storytimes

The fall session of Daisy's Pajama Storytimes will begin September 30 and continue to December 16.  This  session for children 3-7 years will be held every Wednesday evening from 7:00 – 7:30 P.M. and the children are welcome to come in pajamas.  During all of the sessions the children will listen to stories and Mother Goose rhymes, as well as participate in fingerplays, poetry and music.  Parents may call or come into the library to sign-up their three to seven year olds, throughout the month of September.

Holiday Craft Tables

Thursday, December 3, 3:30-4:30 pm - Tables with a variety of crafts will be set up in the children's area between 3:30 and 4:30 pm. School-age children who would like to make some holiday crafts for home and library are invited to come and join the fun. Sign-ups are not required for this participatory hands-on program.

Santa Tells Holiday Stories

Wednesday, Dec. 9, 7-8 pm - There will be a special guest at our evening storytime. It has become a tradition at Mesa Verde Library that Jim Lewis, Master Storyteller, come as Santa Claus to tell the children and their parents holiday stories from around the world. After the storytelling, Santa will stay for pictures with the children. Candy canes will be passed out and refreshments will served at this family event.

Daisy's Preschool Storytimes

The fall session of Daisy's Preschool Storytimes will begin September 29 and continue to December 15.  This  session for children 3-7 years will be held every Tuesday morning from 11:00 – 11:30 A.M.  During all of the sessions the children will listen to stories and Mother Goose rhymes, as well as participate in fingerplays, poetry and music.  Parents may call or come into the library to sign-up their three to seven year olds, throughout the month of September.
