Costa Mesa/Donald Dungan Cultural Events, Lectures, and Groups Family Movie Night Thanks to the Friends of the Costa Mesa Libraries our library is now showing movies! Join us for Family Movie Night every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room. This program is free to attend and snacks will be served. Children, teens and families are welcome to attend. Tickets are available at the Information Desk starting 30 minutes before showtime. The Secret Do's and Don'ts of Job Searching Monday, September 27th at 1 p.m. in the Costa Mesa/Donald Dungan Library Community Room.
Abby Kohut will be giving a presentation called "The Secret Do's and Don'ts of Job Searching". Ms. Kohut is the author of the book, Absolutely Abby 101 Job Search Secrets and she has appeared on radio shows across the country. Ms. Kohut has given seminars and presentations to numerous groups and has over 15 years of experience helping people across the country find jobs.

Getting Fiscally Fit Tuesday, October 19th at 6:30 p.m.
This program is presented by the non-profit organization, The Society for Financial Awareness. The topic of this program is "Getting Fiscally Fit" and the program will provide basic principles of cash management and give some of the road blocks to financial success.

Costa Mesa/Donald Dungan Book Discussion Groups Mysterious California This is a five part film screening and book discussion program. During this program we will focus on four authors whose crime novels feature California locales and landscapes. This program is sponsored by the California Center for the Book. The program kicks off with a screening of Mysterious California: Four Authors and then every two weeks we will meet to discuss a book by a different author.
