That is Seal Beach NWS, Not Los Alamitos
In the picture, the sign clearly states it is Seal Beach. The picture appears to be a storage area on the south end of Seal Beach Blvd., just north of Pacific Coast Highway. That would be in the east side of the street on what was a storage area.
