Art is defined as photography, digital art, paintings, drawings, sculptures, and 3-D.
No actual art is to be submitted; scans or photographs of art will be accepted.
Submissions must be in JPEG or PDF format.
Submissions may be made in person at any OCPL Branch Library or online.
Winning entries that show any recognizable people will require model releases. Images of minors will require parent/guardian signature. Please be sure you can get the legal permissions needed in case your entry wins

Model release forms may be required for any works showing people’s faces
